Degradation of public goods or services happen independently of socialism. Where I live we're unashamed capitalists, and every common thing, like playgrounds, are derelict and only being improved by community initiatives. The municipality has no money for it, and the state doesn't care. Neither does the capitalists.
Yea, there is so much propaganda on economy types people just stop thinking and spout what they've heard without understanding. Pretty much every government these days have some kind of mixed economy because capitalism is effective at making things, but it's really ineffective at social goods/public services. Without effective regulations behind capitalism you end up with winners taking all and company towns issuing scrip to they can effectively own their employees.
Football (or soccer for you) can be insanely high tempo and insanely slow and boring. Depends on the game.
But the low scoring is actually one of the most important things in soccer.
A goal in soccer is so much more precious than in any other sport. It can win you the game, as almost a third of games have one or less goals in the game. So the euphoria when the team scores outweigh any "boringness" that preceded it. It can only be compared to a sudden death win in hockey (another relatively low scoring game, though a not as low as soccer).
Those not into soccer don't really understand this, and many have tried to increase the number of goals scored. But it doesn't make the game better. An 8-2 score is much more boring than a 2-0 game, as the nerve is there all game.
I got into soccer late (watching it, as I was playing it all the time as kid). The best aspect is that it can be incredibly hard to score and a goal requires good team coordination and individual skills, which must be better than those of the adverse teams.
Once you get familiar with it, it becomes an anticipation game. And you on the stand usually as a better view of a play than the players. So while there’s only passing going on, you start to sense the strategy shifts. And you may even think it’s either doomed or have a high chance of success, but the opposite happens.
A goal is the reward for high amount work, not a foregone conclusion. That’s what makes a penalty so painful.
It didn't come installed and the FP3 isn't sold anymore so you'll have to install it. It was dead easy though, not anywhere near the complexity of installing Lineage back in the days (though that's gotten easier too).
/e/ on FP3 has been my daily driver for 1.5 years and my daughters run it on their FP4s with no problems at all.
Is this really a problem? I've had my FP3 for 5-ish years and the plastic clips have done their job without fail. Even when dropping it on hardwood floor
I've bought the FP3+ camera, and I'm on my third battery pack, degoogled with murena /e/-OS. Works perfectly, except the screen is a little too large for me. I wish it was a Sony Xperia ZX1 compact size, but one can't have it all.
I have "what do I care for your suffering? Pain, even agony, is no more than information for the senses. You have received the input, now take control of the output."
