For the United States, the following places come to mind (central/super-rich areas of these cities): Boston, NYC/Manhattan, Washington D.C., Miami, Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. (For any Texans here: I am struggling to pick a city in Texas, even though many are very wealthy!)
